Our team of consultants has achieved this in the UK, we are able to provide you with the details of how this capability was developed and can use this knowledge and expertise to develop a full capability for any client. The capability will be based on your requirements and will be very carefully matched to meet your realistic ‘in country’ deployment needs
We will use our tried and tested approach to develop your USAR capability. These include:
1. Developing your deployment requirements including timescales for ‘at scene’ attendance of personnel and equipment
2. A risk based analysis tool for the equipment options for different levels of USAR response
3. Development of full operational procedures and protocols for a scaled response capability
4. Develop an end-to-end training package for all operational procedures and equipment.
First Resilience is also able to provide a costed option for a fully managed, fully equipped and fully trained USAR capability to be provided in country for the client.
First Resilience is able to provide experts who have designed and successfully delivered USAR training for a number of years both in the UK and International. The training has been delivered to a range of delegates with different roles and responsibilities at USAR incidents. A wide range of course types and levels can be developed to meet any of the client’s requirements.
